At Nicely Sauced, we strive to provide you with high-quality food products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for processing refunds for food items.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds may only be issued for food products within 7 days of the purchase date.


INITIATION OF REFUND

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at thegoodbite.nz@gmail.com within the specified refund window.
Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the reason for the refund request.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your request is received and accepted, we will inspect the returned item. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


EXEMPTIONS

We do not refund shipping and handling charges, as they are non-refundable.
Customized or made-to-order food products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a food product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of confirmation of order.
